The short version: this is a publication, not advice. We test things and publish what we measured. Check anything important against the vendor before you spend money on it.
Who operates this site
AXORD is a publication operated by an individual, not by a company. It is not incorporated and has no company registration. You can reach us at info@axord.co.
What this site is
A publication about small-business workflow automation. We run controlled tests on software and publish the results, including the parts that are unflattering and the parts we were unable to test.
Information, not advice
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Our testing describes what happened in our specific tests, on specific plans, on the dates stated. Your workflow, your volumes and your configuration will differ. Vendors change pricing, limits and behaviour without telling us.
Verify anything that will cost you money against the vendor’s own current documentation before you act on it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, saving or result from anything described here.
Accuracy, and what we do when we are wrong
We date every measurement and name the plan it was taken on. We still expect to be wrong sometimes. When we are, we correct it and record the correction in our corrections log rather than editing quietly. If you spot an error, tell us via the contact page.

Links marked as affiliate links may earn us a commission if you register through them; they cost you nothing extra. Every affiliate link is disclosed on the page that carries it. Other programmes may follow, on the same terms. Our funding page states exactly where we stand. Commission never determines what we publish, and we recommend free options where they are the better answer.

We link to vendors and sources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, their pricing or their products, and a link is not an endorsement or a warranty. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
Your use of this site
- Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it — please do.
- Do not republish substantial portions as your own.
- Do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers.
- Do not use it to build a competing dataset passed off as independently measured.
Our content
The words, test methodology and measurements are ours. Vendor names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. No vendor has endorsed, reviewed or paid for anything here.
Availability
This site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, complete or up to date, and we may change or remove any page.
Liability
We publish in good faith and take care to be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of this site. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Material changes will be noted in the corrections log.
