I copy ecommerce orders into a fulfilment spreadsheet every day.

What you are doing now
Open the store admin. Open the picking sheet. For each order, copy the order number, the customer name, the address, then every SKU and quantity. Paste into a row. Mark the order as seen.
How often: Daily, and it scales directly with order volume.
What you want instead
Every paid order writes itself into the fulfilment sheet immediately and correctly, with no transcription errors.
The free option first
Every major platform exports orders to CSV for free. Below roughly ten orders a day, a once-daily CSV export is genuinely better than any automation — fewer moving parts and nothing to break.
Who should not do this
Anyone under about ten orders a day, and anyone who has not yet tested the workflow against synthetic orders. Getting this wrong means shipping to the wrong address.
