Billing unit: Monthly subscription tiers, per organisation
Billing units are not interchangeable between platforms. A “credit”, a “task” and an “execution” measure different things, and comparing the headline prices without comparing the units is how people get surprised.

Who should not do this
Anyone sending only a handful of invoices a year who can reasonably remember to follow up personally — accounting software, free or paid, is solving a volume problem you may not have yet. Also anyone who needs tier-specific certainty about which automation features are included before switching — that detail was not confirmed and should be checked directly with Zoho before you commit.
